Joining CCA (microfinance) in 2012, Nadia YEGUE began her career as an executive secretary. From the start, she was warmly welcomed by a young, professional, and generous team.

Despite her academic background in law, her goal has always been to become an accomplished banker. To achieve this, she had to overcome prejudices about women's capabilities in banking.
Fortunately for Nadia, over the years, CCA Bank provided her with training, including at the Institute of Banking Techniques (ITB). This opportunity allowed her to diversify her career, successfully realizing her goal of becoming a seasoned banker.
